The theme for this year is I3: Innovate, Inspire, Ignite, in honor of the many youth and leadership development efforts that our chapter leads each year. We hope that each attendee will leave with fresh ideas and networks they develop at convention and deploy them in their local communities

Convention Tracks
Workshops for high school students focusing on identity and leadership.
The Youth Track sessions run from 8 am - 5 pm on Thursday, August 3rd and Friday, August 4th and are free to attend and include breakfast and a boxed lunch.
A track for college students around history, advocacy, and leadership.
The College Track session runs from 9 am - 5 pm on Thursday, August 3rd and is free to attend and include breakfast and a boxed lunch.

The B3 Professional Leadership Track sessions run from 2 pm - 5 pm on Thursday, August 3rd and is free to attend.
