APIA-U (UNIVERSITY) LEADERSHIP TRAINING

APIA-U is an interactive leadership training program for college-level students which focuses on self-awareness, team-building, and direct action organizing through interactive activities, small group discussions and presentations.

Participants will be asked to challenge themselves, share their experiences, and develop leadership skills in order to effectively serve as catalysts for change.

Knowing that cultural influences impact how one leads, our mission is to provide APIA student leaders and activists with a unique training opportunity that keeps in mind the viewpoints and experiences of APIA's and students of color.
